Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Bridgecall integrates with third-party services including Groq (AI translation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Stripe, PayPal, and PeerJS. Your use of these services through Bridgecall is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party providers.
Bridgecall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
AI translation is a tool to aid communication — it is not a certified translation service. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgecall and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bridgecall and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account from settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bridgecall operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
